SQE – The Solicitors’ Qualifying Exam

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has now announced that it intends to press ahead with its plans to introduce the solicitors qualifying examination (SQE) to replace the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) qualifications. Proposed implementation is 2020.
