Advocacy & How to Instruct Counsel Workshop

We are pleased to announce that we are able to offer a workshop delivered by three junior barristers aimed specifically at junior lawyers who work in contentious areas of law. The talk will be aimed at providing practical tips and guidance for attending various different types of hearings. Rather than formal advocacy training, the purpose is for the speakers to share their personal experiences and offer their advice on how to deal with various types of hearing.

The workshop will then go on to cover how to instruct counsel effectively. Again, the speakers will share their personal experiences and give practical insights on best to prepare instructions properly and efficiently.
