About the Event
Form Focus Pilates is a physiotherapy led Pilates class, a combination of physiotherapy skills / knowledge with Pilates and strength training, in order to bring you a specialised Pilates class.
The aims of the class are to make you feel a stronger, healthier and happier version of yourself, becoming pain free and preventing aches and pains in the futures.
There will be a limited number of mats available, so if you are able to bring your own, please do so.
