HIIT Class

Tired of Joe Wicks? Join the JLD on 10th March at 6pm for a 30 minute full body HIIT session via Zoom, hosted by Ben Winn!

Anyone is welcome to join and you don’t need to have any previous experience or equipment, just a small space in your house / flat / garden / wherever you may be! Ben guarantees to make you smile, so what are you waiting for!?

This session will be FREE for our JLD members. If you are a non-member and wish you join the session, the cost will be £5, with all money raised will going towards our charity of the year.
