About the Event
Harrogate & District Law Society in collaboration with Ann Page are delivering a Zoom interactive workshop on Friday 23rd July called How to be self-confident in setting boundaries. It is normally only for trainees, paralegals and junior lawyers who are members of Harrogate & District Law Society. However, Leeds JLD members are invited to this special workshop so that junior lawyers can expand their networks and collaborate. Setting boundaries is a very current challenge and is important to maintaining good mental health.
This workshop costs £10.00 per person and starts at 12.30 pm and will cover:
- What is self-confidence and how to get more!
- How to switch off your inner critic
- How to set boundaries that matter to you
- The three main areas to set boundaries
- Action Plan
There will also be time for networking with other young lawyers.
If any Leeds JLD members would like to take advantage of the invite to this lunch and learn session, please email Ann Page at: ann@yorkshirecoursesforlawyers.co.uk
What did attendees of the last junior session say? "It is amazing how much you learn in the timeframe and it is information that you can start utilizing immediately afterwards."
