“Imposter Syndrome” is a psychological occurrence in which people doubt their capabilities and fail to experience internal success, despite being high-performing and successful in external objective ways.

We will be joined by Austin Merrett from Swush, a consultancy that is dedicated to helping individuals and organisations achieve growth and overcome their unique challenges. Imposter syndrome is likely something that many of you deal with or can recognise in colleagues and friends, so Leeds JLD are hosting an event to help you learn more about dealing with it. A not to be missed event which many will be benefit from!
