All you need is comfortable sports clothes, a bottle of water and flip flop or sliders.

ABOUT THE EVENT

Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport based on takedowns, ground fighting and submission holds.

Jiu-Jitsu is a truly exciting way to get fit and GB Fighting Techniques will be useful outside the mats, in real-life situations.

Before attending the event, please familiarise yourself with the etiquette. Please note that the techniques that you will learn in the class have been battle-tested for over 35 years in both world championship Jiu-Jitsu competitions and MMA but they do require more repetition than you can fit into just one class. If you enjoy the class, we therefore encourage you to continue your training and progress your skills further.
