About the Event
Leeds JLD are excited to announce our next health and wellbeing event, TRIB3! Expect to challenge yourself on the treadmill, the resistance bike and with some dumbbells. This event is open to all levels of fitness, whether you're a TRIB3 fanatic or a first timer. This is one of our favourite fitness classes and we cannot wait to sweat with you.
