Emma Pearmaine is an award‑winning legal leader with over 25 years’ experience in family and matrimonial law. As Managing Director of Ridley & Hall, she has spearheaded the firm’s modernisation and its commitment to innovation, technology, and socially responsible practice. She is nationally recognised for her expertise in complex family matters and advocacy on domestic violence issues. Accolades include the Yorkshire Law Awards Managing Partner of the Year (2020) and the Modern Lawyer “Lawyer of the Year” Award (2014).
Mike Massen is a Partner at Ison Harrison Solicitors. His role focuses on leading strategic growth initiatives across the firm’s network of offices and driving client acquisition.
