About the Event
By popular demand, Leeds JLD are heading back to RYDE… but we're turning up the dial!
Join us for a high-energy, endorphin-fuelled workout at Ryde before heading over to SALT for a well-earned post-class networking social, kindly sponsored by Sacco Mann!
We're delighted that Clare Humphris from Sacco Mann will be leading the session, bringing her trademark energy, feel-good tunes and plenty of encouragement. Expect great vibes, an amazing workout, and the perfect excuse to enjoy a drink and catch up with fellow JLD members afterwards.
