This is a valuable opportunity to receive written feedback on a draft pupillage application prior to submitting your final application on the pupillage gateway.

A practising barrister will give personal feedback and advice on draft answers to the below application questions:

1. Why do you believe you will      make a good barrister? In your answer, please identify any relevant      experiences or skills that you believe may help you in your career (200      words)
2. Why do you want to join      [enter name of preferred set] chambers? In your answer, please give      reasons for your choice of chambers and explain why you are interested in      our areas of practice (200 words)
3. Which skills and      characteristics are the hallmarks of a good advocate? (200 words)

Applicants must sign up and provide draft answers to leedsjld@outlook.com no later than 4pm on 21 January 2022.

Written feedback will be provided by email on or before 31 January 2022.

Only 15 places are available. Places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
