About the Event
Leeds JLD are very excited to welcome back Gee Force Fitness for a Rooftop HIIT class! Georgina will be taking our members through a high intensity interval training class, full of dynamic movement, short bursts of energy, and brief recovery periods that help maximise fitness. This class will be followed by a well-deserved Berry, Hugo or Limoncello Spritz.
