TRIB3 SESSIONS
If you are a member of JLD you are able to receive discounted sessions at Trib3, Leeds.
WHAT IS TRIB3?
TRIB3 is a “next-level boutique fitness studio that fuses a scientifically-proven HIIT workout, fully tracked with heart-rate monitors and studio displays, with an epic sensory experience topped off with a custom shake bar.”
The Leeds TRIB3 studio is located at: 68A Wellington St, Leeds LS1 2EE.
WHAT DO JLD MEMBERS RECEIVE?
JLD Members are entitled to a special single session price of £10, including a protein shake and use of a heart rate monitor.
The heart rate monitor lets you see in real time your stats such as heart rate, calorie burn and what percentage of your maximum heart rate you are working at, and you can get the details as a workout summary email to track your progress.
This package is normally £15 for a single session and £4 for a shake – so JLD members are saving nearly 50%!
You are able to go to use this perk as many times as you want per month without the commitment of purchasing a larger pack of sessions.
HOW DO YOU USE THE DISCOUNT?
All you need to do is download the TRIB3 app to create a free account (and set up card payment) then contact Sheridan Turner (the Store Manager) at sheridan@trib3.co.ukto let her know that you are a Leeds JLD Member and provide the details about when you would like to attend.
Please note that if you are not a member, you will NOT be able to receive this perk and Trib3 will be entitled to charge you the full session and shake price.
